3. User Roles and Responsibilities

Incourta supports multiple user types including Players, Court Owners, and Organizers. Each role has specific responsibilities:

  • Players: Must provide accurate personal information and maintain sportsmanship during competitions
  • Court Owners: Must provide accurate facility information and maintain quality standards
  • Organizers: Must conduct events fairly and transparently, adhering to announced rules and regulations

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

  • Your personal data is kept private and is not sold to third parties
  • Match results and statistics may be recorded and displayed on your profile
  • Your data may be used to improve the Incourta system
  • We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information

5. Event Participation and Competition

When participating in events through Incourta:

  • You agree to abide by the specific rules and regulations of each event
  • Match results will be recorded and may be publicly displayed
  • You consent to the publication of scores, statistics, and performance data
  • Disputes should be resolved through the platform's designated channels

6. Payment and Fees

Certain services on Incourta may require payment:

  • All fees are clearly displayed before purchase or registration
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
  • Refund policies are specific to each event or service
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Incourta platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Incourta or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

  • Engaging in fraudulent activities or match-fixing
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Using the platform for any illegal purposes
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

9. Verification Process

Court Owner and Organizer accounts undergo a verification process before activation. We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional documentation for verification
  • Reject applications that do not meet our standards
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate verification requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

Incourta provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding:

  • The accuracy or completeness of information provided by users
  • The quality of facilities or events listed on the platform
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of Incourta after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
